The whole series of products of Tatsukin Coated Copper Pipe integrates copper pipe, insulation material, dust cover, with small volume, light weight, energy saving and environmental protection, convenient transportation and so on.When using, there is no need to load the construction site to manually insert the pipe and clean the inner wall, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and can meet the configuration requirements of various types of household and commercial air conditioners such as families, governments, shopping malls, schools and so on.


Outer Layer
Polyethylene anti-aging,ultraviolet composite film. After embossing treatment, no aging, no cracking,no water seepage,fire retardent.

The Middle
Polyethylene electronic bridge. Foam dense,heat and cold resistant,impact resistant,waterproof and insulation.

Inner Layer
Polyethylene water bridge,30 times independent obturator. Good air tightness,insulation and heat preservation,temperature resistance -60ºC~120ºC.

The Copper
99.99% Copper Cathode(copper source from Chile).
After special soft annealing treatment,it is more flexible and easy to process.

The Cover
The inner wall of the copper pipe has been cleaned when leaving the factory. Factory with dust jacket,construction site without cleaning,save worry and effort.
